Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing

Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 10, 2013, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	The Bob Martinez Center, Room 609, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400

Subject:	To receive testimony and public comment and take final action on amendment of the Small Community Wastewater Facilities Grants priority list under Chapter 62-505, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). Funds are available for adjusting authorized grant amounts for projects already listed on the Small Community Grants priority list based on revised project cost estimates. Additionally, administrative actions may be made to existing grant projects as required to coordinate with combination grant/loan requirements. No new projects will be considered for addition to the priority list at this hearing. Prior to Department action at the hearing, all interested persons will have the opportunity to testify regarding the list and any proposed actions. The Department may adopt, modify, or deny the proposed actions at the hearing. After the hearing, the Department will file the written Record of Final Agency Action. A copy of the Record of Final Agency Action will be made available to persons sponsoring the projects at issue and to any person submitting a timely written request. Such written requests must be submitted at the hearing or must be filed with the Department’s State Revolving Fund Program, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Mail Station #3505, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400, no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first working day after the public hearing.
