Definitions

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify the definition of “Responsible Charge” and to add the definition of “Responsible Position.”

SUMMARY:

The definition of “Responsible Charge” will be clarified. The definition of “Responsible Position” will be added to the rule.
