	The Department of Transportation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 11, 2013, 8:30AM

Subject:	This is a monthly meeting of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board for the purpose of reviewing penalties imposed upon any vehicle or persons under the provisions of Chapter 316, Florida Statutes, relating to weights or to violations of safety regulations. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Sharon Day, Executive Assistant, Commercial Vehicle Review Board, Rhyne Building, Traffic Engineering and Operations Office, 2740 Centerview Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32301.
