	The Department of Children and Families announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PSARR)-Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) #03H13GC1 - Mandatory Solicitation Conference - The purpose of the Solicitation Conference is to review the ITN with interested vendors so that areas of misunderstanding or ambiguity are clarified. The Department requires all prospective vendors to participate in the solicitation conference, during which vendors may pose questions. Participation in the solicitation conference, either in person or by phone, is a pre-requisite for acceptance of replies from prospective vendors.
