	The The Financial Recovery Board of the Public Health Trust (the “FRB”) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 29, 2013, 4:15 p.m.

PLACE:	Stephen P. Clark Center, Board of County Commission Chambers, Second Floor, 111 N.W. First Street, Miami, Florida 33128.

Subject:	The Board will discuss general matters, including reports, and receive public comments regarding the implementation of Section 155.40, Florida Statutes, as amended by Chapter 2012-66, Laws of Florida.
