	The Hendry County Hospital Authority Board of Trustees announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 14, 2013 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Hendry Regional Medical Center conference room , 524 W. Sagamore Avenue, Clewiston, FL 33440

Subject:	To consider and discuss information regarding the implementation of Section 155.40 Florida Statutes, as amended by Chapter 2012-66, Laws of Florida, relating to the evaluation of the possible benefit to persons residing in Hendry County from the sale or lease of Hendry Regional Medical Center. The Board of Trustees may take action on the subject matter presented at the meeting.
