PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules is to promulgate forms to be used to apply for licenses issued by the division for the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco and, specifically, to address the requirements of chs. 2010-251 and 2010-252, L.O.F.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rules will address applications used by the division to issue licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
