Licensing and Inspection Requirements

PURPOSE:

To adopt the newest version of the licensing applications and inspection forms.

SUMMARY:

Amends effective dates to adopt current version of applications for public food service establishment license, mobile food dispensing vehicle license with plan review, mobile food dispensing vehicle plan review, and the lodging and food service inspection reports.
