Enforcement Resolution, Costs and Civil Penalties

PURPOSE:

This rule amendment is for the purpose of establishing the standards for reimbursement of the actual, verified expenses incurred in connection with the division’s onsite reviews or investigations of unit owner controlled condominium associations.

SUMMARY:

The reimbursement of division costs related to onsite reviews and investigations.
