Subject:	This is a special teleconference to be held in lieu of the May Quarterly meeting originally scheduled for May 9 and 10 in Miami, to hold elections of officers, staff and committee reports, discuss the Council budget, the outreach position and meeting locations. Due to the limitations of the teleconference, public comment will not be heard at this teleconference.
