Subject:	Conveyance by exchange of a portion of the District’s property, approximately 5 acres located in the Ocklawaha Prairie Restoration Area, in Marion County, Florida, in accordance with section 373.089(4), Florida Statutes, sale or exchange of lands, or interests or rights in lands.
