PLACE:	Residence Inn Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol, Seminole Room, 600 West Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32308.

Subject:	To conduct meetings of the regular business of the Florida Prepaid College Board Investment Committee; the Florida Prepaid College Board; and, the Florida Prepaid College Foundation Board.
