59A-17.102	Licensure (Repealed)
59A-17.119	Physical Plant Standards

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendments is to incorporate changes in the authorizing statute and update references as necessary.

SUBJECT:

The Agency proposes to amend Rule 59A-17.102 to include revisons to conform the rule to requirements of the streamlined and constituent set of basic licensing requirements in Chapter 408, Part II and technical errors.  Rule 59A-17.119 amended to include physical plant standards as required by statute.
