Safety Inspections

PURPOSE:

To prescribe responsibilities, minimum requirements, and forms for various elevator inspections and accident reports.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule development addresses owner, inspector, and division responsibilities for elevator safety inspections and adopts related forms.
