Standards of Professional Conduct

PURPOSE:

To update language, remove unnecessary or unauthorized language, and to clarify the standards of professional conduct for community association managers.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amends the standards of professional conduct for community association managers to reflect recent court decisions, remove unnecessary and unauthorized language, and clarify terms in the statute and in the rule.
