Hospice Programs

PURPOSE:

The agency is proposing to update the materials incorporated by reference and removes a regulation.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule is being updated to include the 2012 Department of Health Office of Vital Statistics Florida Vital Statistics Annual Report, deaths, and the 2012 Office of the Governor Florida Population Estimates and Projections by AHCA District 2010 to 2025 reports. This amendment also removes “a change in licensed bed capacity of a freestanding inpatient hospice facility” from this rule’s regulation.
