RULE:

64B20-4.001	Certification of Assistants
64B20-4.003	On-the-Job Training, Role and Observation of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Assistants
64B20-4.004	Supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and Audiology Assistants

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to delete unnecessary language; to incorporate by reference the reference activity and supervisory plan; and to add language requiring new assistants to notify the Department of new assistants and other changes.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments delete language which is unnecessary; incorporate the activity and supervisory plan in the rule; and adds language requiring new assistants to notify the Department of new assistants and other changes.
