PURPOSE:

The Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD) gives notice that it is developing rules to meet the requirements of 373.250, Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

This rule development will amend application forms for non-potable uses to require information regarding the availability and feasibility of utilizing reclaimed water.
Note:  Members of the District’s Governing Board may attend any requested Rule Development Workshop.
