PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment updates, re-titles and corrects the form number of the Appointment of a Designated Representative, CF-ES 2505, and incorporates it by reference. Included in this proposed rule amendment is a wording change to improve the overall content of the rule.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amends the Appointment of a Designated Representative, CF-ES 2505.
