Acquisition and Sale of Property (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose for this rulemaking is to repeal Rule 1A.1.007, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

This rule provided procedures for the acquisition or disposal of real property controlled by the Historic Pensacola Preservation Board or the Division of Historical Resources. The statutory authority for this rule has been repealed.
