Electrical Contractors' Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to adopt DBPR ECLB 13, Application for Certification of Registered Electrical, Alarm or Specialty Contractor BY GRANDFATHERING; prompted by House Bill 269 and defined in Section 489.514.

SUMMARY:

To provide information for a Registered Electrical, Alarm or Specialty Contractor desiring certification by grandfathering.
