PURPOSE:

Chapter 2013-188, Laws of Florida, created a new subsection 718.406, Florida Statutes, which allows the creation of a condominium within a condominium parcel or “secondary condominium”.  This rule amendment is for the purpose of revising DBPR Form CO 6000-2, Developer/Condominium Filing Statement, to include information as to whether the filing is for a secondary condominium.

SUMMARY:

This rule amendment addresses the filing and examination of documents by the division.
