Notice and Public Information on General Rate Increase Requests and Petitions for Limited Proceedings by Electric and Gas Utilities

PURPOSE:

Rule 25-22.0406 is amended to update general rate case noticing requirements for electric and gas utilities and establishes noticing requirements for gas and electric utility limited proceedings.

SUMMARY:

Rule 25-22.0406 is amended to apply to limited proceedings for electric and gas utilities, improves access by the public to these proceedings, and updates the rule to reflect current technology.
