	The Florida Development Finance Corporation (“FDFC”) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, September 3, 2013, 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Subject:	A meeting for the consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance of the Issuer’s Educational Facilities Revenue Bonds pursuant to a Trust Indenture and Loan Agreement, the proceeds of which will be used for the benefit of the Renaissance Charter Schools, Inc., as described in a limited offering memorandum, and to discuss any other matters properly brought before the board of the Florida Development Finance Corporation.
