Overview



	The Florida Housing Finance Corporation announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 19, 2013, 10:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Hyatt Regency Coral Gables, 50 Alhambra Plaza, Coral Gables, FL, (305) 441-1234

Subject:	The workshop will be held to solicit comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to Florida Housing’s proposed Preservation Request for Applications (RFA), which is expected to be issued in early November of 2013. This RFA will focus on the rehabilitation and preservation of existing affordable housing, with an emphasis on housing assisted with project based rental assistance under Department of Housing and Urban Development and USDA Rural Development programs. A description of the targeted developments, RFA parameters, and scoring priorities for the RFA will be posted to the FHFC Website under the Multifamily Programs link prior to the workshop.
