	The Office of Insurance Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 1, 2013, 9:00 A.M. to conclusion.

PLACE:	Senate Office Building, Room 401 S. Monroe Street Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To consider a Workers’ Compensation filing made by the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc., by which the Council requests an overall average increase in rate levels of 1.0% for the voluntary market for all new and renewal Workers’ Compensation Insurance policies written in the State of Florida, effective January 1, 2014.
