Overview



	The Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, September 17, 2013, 6:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Judicial Annex Building, 218 Parshley Street Southwest, Live Oak, Florida.

Subject:	This Public Hearing is being held to consider the enactment of an ordinance amending Chapter 66, Article II, of the Suwannee County Code; creating the utility installation ordinance relating to the use of county road rights of way by utilities and others; providing authorization; providing definitions; providing for the issuance of permits for use of public road rights of way for utilities; providing for relocation or removal of any utility interfering with use, maintenance improvement or expansion of any public road and for a procedure for removal or relocation by the county at the expense of the utility; providing for severability and for an effective date.
