DATE AND TIME:	Monday September 16, 2013 - 2:00 PM - ad hoc Vendor Review Committee; 3:30 PM - Audit/Finance/Budget Committee Tuesday, September 17, 2013 - Board of Governors Meeting, 8:30 AM

PLACE:	Intercontinental Tampa Hotel, 4860 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL

Subject:	ad hoc Vendor Review Committee - Discuss Vendor RFI/ITNs and any other matters that may come before the Committee. Audit/Finance/Budget Committee - To discuss proposed FY2013-2014 budget and make recommendations to the Board; to review and discuss matters relating to FAJUA Financial/Audit Reporting and any other matters that may come before the committee. Board of Governors Meeting - To receive reports of the general manager, committees, and counsel; to consider and take actions based on those reports; and consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
