	The St. Johns River Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, September 24, 2013, 5:05 p.m.

PLACE:	This is a meeting conducted by means of communications media technology at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street (Hwy 100 West), Palatka, FL 32177. One or more Governing Board members may attend and participate in the meeting via telephone or web conferencing technology. The public should attend in person at the District Headquarters.

Subject:	Official presentation of the fiscal year (FY) 2013-2014 final millage rate and final budget and opportunity to receive public comment prior to consideration and adoption by the Governing Board.
