61G1-11.013	Definitions
61G1-11.014	Criteria for Investigators and Consultants

PURPOSE:

For Rule 61G1-11.013, the Board proposes the rule amendment to update the definition of “newspaper, telephone directory or other advertising medium” as used in Section 481.221(10), F.S. For Rule 61G1-11.014, the Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify concerning the criteria for investigators and consultants.

SUMMARY:

For Rule 61G1-11.013, the definition of “newspaper, telephone directory or other advertising medium” will be updated. For Rule 61G1-11.014, language concerning the criteria for investigators and consultants will be clarified.
