	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, November 14, 2013 Open House: 5:00 p.m. Brief Presentation: 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Nickelodeon Suites Resort 14500 Continental Gateway Orlando, Florida 32821

Subject:	Financial Management No. 430671-1 Project Description: World Center Drive (State Road 536) Near Continental Gateway Drive Public Hearing Orange County The FDOT is conducting a public hearing regarding plans to improve safety and traffic operations along World Center Drive (SR 536) near Continental Gateway Drive in Orange County. Improvements include converting the full median opening at Continental Gateway Drive into a westbound directional opening and lengthening the existing left turn lane eastbound on SR 536 at World Center Drive/World Gateway Drive to accommodate the additional redirected u-turn traffic from the Continental Gateway Drive intersection. This project is being constructed as part of the SR 536 roadway resurfacing project from west of the Interstate 4 (I-4) ramp to SR 535. The project is funded for construction in 2015. The hearing begins with an open house at 5:00 p.m., where participants may review project information and discuss the project with staff. There will be a brief presentation at 6:00 p.m., after which participants may provide comments to all present. The hearing ends at 7:00 p.m. Participants may also provide public comments directly to a court reporter at any time during the hearing. Written comments can be submitted at this hearing or by mail to Mr. David Dangel, P.E., Public Involvement Coordinator, Inwood Consulting Engineers, 3000 Dovera Drive, Suite 200, Oviedo, Florida 32765; or by email to ddangel@inwoodinc.com, no later than Friday November 22, 2013. All comments, written and oral, will become part of the project’s public record.
