	The Florida Department of Children and Families, Refugee Services Program announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, October 25, 2013, at 10:00AM

PLACE:	Florida Department of Children and Families 1317 Winewood Blvd. Bldg. 3, Room 105J Tallahassee, FL 32399-0700

Subject:	Organizational Meeting of Negotiation Team for the Citizenship and Immigration Related Employability Services for Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties (ITN# SNR14K01). As provided for in Sections 2.5 and 5.3 of this ITN which was published to the Vendor Bid System (VBS) on April 18, 2013. The VBS can be accessed at: http://vbs.dms.state.fl.us/. The purpose of the Organizational Meeting of Negotiation Team is to enable the Department to establish the principle terms and conditions needing to be negotiated with Vendors and create successful strategies that will be used during the negotiation process.
