	The FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, DISTRICT THREE announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, October 29, 2013; Open House: 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.

PLACE:	Plainview Baptist Church 1101 West Nine Mile Road Pensacola, FL 32534

Subject:	State Road (S.R.) 10 (U.S. 90A, Nine Mile Road) Major Re-evaluation PD&E Study; Financial Project Identification Number: 218605-4-22-01. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is conducting a public kick-off meeting regarding the widening of S.R. 10 (U.S. 90A, Nine Mile Road) from S.R. 10A (U.S. 90, Mobile Highway) to S.R. 297 (Pine Forest Road), a length of approximately 5.8 miles. The original PD&E study was completed and approved in 1992. This re-evaluation effort will focus on the alternative recommended in the original document and determine if changes in socio-economic, natural and physical environmental conditions or design standards have occurred since the original study was approved. This meeting is being held to provide study information and receive public input regarding proposed improvements. Study materials, including maps and project graphics will be on display. FDOT representatives will be on hand to answer questions.
