PURPOSE:

To update and incorporate an "Impaired Waters Guidance Memorandum".  Currently, this memorandum is included in the District's Permit Information Manual as a Design Aid to assist applicants in meeting the water quality requirements of Rule 62-330.301(d), F.A.C., and Sections 10 and 11 of the "Environmental Resource Permit Applicants Handbook Volume II: For Use Within the Geographic Limits of the South Florida Water Management District", incorporated by reference Rule 40E-4.091, F.A.C.

SUBJECT:

This memorandum pertains to Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) water quality evaluations for discharges to impaired water bodies and Outstanding Florida Waters that do not meet state water quality standards.
