PURPOSE:

For Rule 9.001, the Board proposes the rule amendment to add the fee for an application for a public health laboratory scientist. For Rule 9.002, the Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify the name of a public health laboratory scientist. For Rule 9.004, the Board proposes the rule amendment to add the fee for a public health laboratory scientist.
