PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect will be to repeal the identified rules.

SUMMARY:

The identified rules are obsolete in that the rules have been replaced by locally adopted comprehensive plans, land development regulations, Florida Building Code provisions, superseded by updated Florida Statutes, or replaced by more recent rules that have been approved by the Commission.
