Itinerate/Mobile Anesthesia - Physician Anesthesiologist

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes this rule amendment to update and clarify the requirements of Itinerate/Mobile Anesthesia-Physician Anesthesiologist.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments are necessary to clarify and update the requirements of dentists treating patients who have been administered anesthesia by a physician anesthesiologist in dental outpatient facilities.
