Overview



	The Board of Directors of the South Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center Financing Corporation (the “Corporation”) whose sole member is the State of Florida Department of Children and Families announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 8, 2013 at 10:05 a.m. (EST)

PLACE:	One Park Place, Suite 500, 621 NW 53rd Street, Boca Raton, Florida

Subject:	This notice reschedules the public meeting previously planned for October 25, 2013. For the purpose of conducting the annual meeting of the directors and electing the officers of the Corporation. The following have been proposed for election to serve as officers of the Corporation for the offices set forth opposite their names until the next annual meeting of the directors of the Corporation or until the election and qualification of their successors or until their earlier death, resignation, or removal: Manuel Fernandez Chairman and President Jorge Dominicis Secretary and Treasurer John Bulfin Vice President, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Treasurer The meeting will be open to the public.
