Procedures for Special Exemption from Graduation Test Requirement for Students with Disabilities Seeking a Standard High School Diploma (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal rule 6A-1.09431, F.A.C. The effect is to remove from the Florida Administrative Code a rule which is no longer consistent with governing law.

SUMMARY:

Provisions for the granting of extraordinary exemptions from participation in any statewide assessment are incorporated in Rule 6A-1.0943, F.A.C.  Rule 6A-1.09431, F.A.C., is redundant and no longer necessary and is proposed for repeal.
