RULE:

PURPOSE:

The Board of Supervisors of the Village Community Development District No. 10 requests that the Commission approve the expansion of the boundary of the District.

SUMMARY:

The District's Amended Petition requests the Commission authorize the addition of 99.3 acres of land to the existing boundaries.  The lands proposed to be added consist of approximately 9.8 acres within unincorporated Sumter County and approximately 89.5 acres within the City of Wildwood.  The preliminary development plan for the 99.3 acres proposed to be included within the District includes 362 residential lots and supporting infrastructure.
