PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes to amend current rules for consistency in the subject areas, for clarification of practice and to remove redundancies.

SUBJECT:

Aggravation and Mitigation definition clarifications, removing redundancies and clarifying current full Commission review practices, further defining “time begins date”, clarifying requirements for subsequent interview procedures, and conforming effective interview procedure for out-of-state inmates with other interview procedures for out-of-state inmates.
