RULE:

64B8-8.009

Surrender of License and Wall Certificate (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The rule is unnecessary and is being repealed.

SUMMARY:

The Department does not request the surrender of the wall certificate or license card when a licensee is suspended or revoked.  As such, the rule is unnecessary and is being repealed.
