Overview



	The Office of Insurance Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 3, 2013, at 10:00 AM

PLACE:	Larson Building, Room 116, 200 E. Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	The Office of Insurance Regulation will hold a hearing on Healthcare Underwriters Group of Florida’s application for conversion from a reciprocal insurer organized under Chapter 629, Florida Statutes, to a for profit stock insurance company organized under Chapters 628 and 607, Florida Statutes. Florida law allows the Office of Insurance Regulation to hold a hearing for any purpose within the scope of the Florida Insurance Code deemed to be necessary. Input from Healthcare Underwriters Group of Florida as well as interested parties will be received at this hearing.
