33-602.203

Control of Contraband

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to amend Form DC6-219, Contraband Log, to add three columns.  These columns relate to logging the property bin number, logging the existence of any 30 day disposal extensions, and logging the date and time of the final disposition of the property.

SUMMARY:

Form DC6-219 is being revised to include more information regarding the disposition of contraband.
