PURPOSE:

These rules will be repealed.

SUMMARY:

Requirements contained within these rules are duplicative of Section 120.53, Florida Statutes.  Additionally, Rule 28-101.001, Florida Administrative Code, requires the information contained within these rules to be in the Agency's Statement of Organization and Operation.
