Bureau of Fair Rides Inspection Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend a form incorporated by reference to implement statutory requirements.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule updates FDACS-03550 Inspection Certificate to comply with the specific requirements of Sections 616.242(7)(h) and (i), F.S., and will streamline the inspection process for the Fair Rides Inspectors.
