Overview

RULE:

64B-3.002

Criminal Background Checks (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the Department’s comprehensive rule review as no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Rule 64B-3.002 addresses an applicant’s submission for the required criminal background check. This rule is not incorporated in other rules and its repeal will not have an effect on other rules.
