PURPOSE:

The amendments are necessary to update procedures governing supervision and diversion services, and to institute revised methods to address non-compliance.

SUMMARY:

The amendments provide for expanded diversion services, update procedures governing supervision in the community, and establish an effective response system to address non-compliance.
