RULE:

Post-Election Certification Voting System Audit

PURPOSE:

This rule is being amended to reflect the legislative changes (found in chapter 2013-57, Laws of Fla., effective January 1, 2014) allowing the option of an automated independent audit.

SUMMARY:

Provides guidance regarding post-election audits.
