RULE:

61B-23.002

Operation of the Association

PURPOSE:

Rule 61B-23.002, FAC, requires amendment to conform the rule to statutory language by removing language referring to “other life safety systems” and deleting certain association voting requirements contained in the rule.

SUBJECT:

This rule amendment addresses waiver of retrofitting requirements in condominiums.
